Registered Behavior Technician
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) typically work to teach communication, academic and other pertinent developmental skills to children on the autism spectrum, specifically utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). All duties are to be completed under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and extensive training and supervision will be provided in order to ensure competence. This and all of our positions require travel as we are strictly a provider of behavioral services in the natural environment. All candidates must have reliable transportation.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide intensive one-on-one therapy to children with ASD
Implement behavior acquisition and behavior reduction plans as outlined
Conduct stimulus preference assessments
Collect data
Maintain client's program book
Develop / create teaching materials
Provide basic care to the clients (e.g., toileting, eating)
Discuss client's daily progress with parents / caretakers
Work with BCBA to implement individualized goals and checklists
Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients
Maintain technical and professional knowledge with continuing education
Minimum Qualifications:
RBT Certificate
Effective oral and written communication skills
Outstanding social skills
Excellent observational and analytical skills
Candidates must be patient, flexible, energetic, self-motivated, creative and must work well in a team environment
Attend CPR and First Aid training courses
Pass criminal background check
Pass 40-hour training requirement

Candidates who have prior experience working with children
Pay Rate: Varies depending on experience and education
